Francesca Palma’s journey in medicine began with an early start and a clear vision. She graduated high school at just 16 years old and went straight into nursing, earning her degree from Maria College in 2020 at the age of 19. While she always knew her passion was in aesthetics, the timing of the pandemic meant there were limited opportunities in the field when she first entered the workforce.

Determined to get as close to the world of aesthetics as possible, Francesca applied to the OR at Albany Med with hopes of joining the plastic surgery department. To her surprise, she ended up specializing in Neurosurgery, working alongside world-class Doctors, CRNAs, and healthcare professionals. While she valued the intense precision required in neuro, she eventually left to follow her true dream of aesthetic nursing.

From 2021 through 2025, Francesca honed her craft at Ideal Image Medspa. During this time, she also launched her successful hair care brand, “What’s Her Secret,” further expanding her footprint in the beauty industry. She has since grown her career into offering concierge services and now sees her own clients fully.

Francesca has become known for her incredible injectable results and the high-end experience she provides. She specializes in filler, facial balancing, and neurotoxins, having been trained in advanced techniques by leading experts in Tampa, FL. A firm believer in always fine-tuning her craft, she is constantly pursuing hands-on training to stay at the top of her game.

Her clients often describe her as having a "gentle touch" and a personable attitude. Francesca’s biggest goal is to ensure her clients never feel like just a number; to her, every client is a real person she can help to build their confidence.

To show how much she truly values her connection with her clients, Francesca creates custom Bratz doll images that are featured on her social media. By capturing unique traits—like a client's career or favorite things—she gets to know the person behind the treatment.
