Direct. Clinical. Effective.

At Posed & Pretty, we believe that the best work is often knowing when to start fresh. If you are experiencing "filler fatigue," migration, or are simply unhappy with previous work done elsewhere, I utilize medical-grade Hyaluronidase to safely and effectively dissolve existing hyaluronic acid fillers. With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in the "reset"—clearing the canvas so we can eventually restore your features with proper placement and proportions.

  • Precision Targeting & Migration Correction

Filler migration (when product moves outside the intended area) is common in the lips and under-eyes. I use a targeted injection technique to dissolve only the displaced product while preserving your natural tissue. This restores your original anatomy and eliminates the "heavy" or unnatural shadows caused by overfilling.

  • Symmetrical Balancing

Dissolving is just as much an art as injecting. I utilize a strict dosing protocol to ensure that the dissolving agent is distributed evenly. This is vital for clients who feel one side of their face is "heavier" than the other, allowing us to bring the face back into a state of clinical symmetry.

  • Safety & Collaborative Assessment

Dissolving is a clinical process that requires patience. I perform a thorough assessment of your tissue health and history before proceeding. We work collaboratively to decide if a full dissolve or a "tweak" is necessary, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed as we return your features to their natural, beautiful baseline.

filler dissolver

What to Expect:

Process

The treatment involves a series of small injections of Hyaluronidase directly into the filler. The process is quick, usually taking about 15–20 minutes. Because safety is my priority, a skin patch test may be performed prior to the treatment to ensure you have no sensitivity to the enzyme.

Downtime

You should expect immediate swelling and the possibility of bruising, as the enzyme works rapidly to break down the filler. The "deflation" happens quickly, but the area may look a bit distorted for the first 24–48 hours while the fluid is absorbed by your lymphatic system.

Results

The effects of the dissolver begin instantly, with the majority of the breakdown occurring within the first 24 hours. The area will continue to settle for 3–5 days. If you are planning to re-fill the area, a minimum wait time of 2 weeks is clinically required to ensure all the enzyme has left your system and the tissue has healed.

Longevity

Once the filler is dissolved, it is gone permanently. This allows us to wait for the tissue to "reset" before we discuss a new, more refined treatment plan tailored to your current goals.
