What to Expect

Deposit

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Treatment Credit: Your entire $50 deposit will be credited directly toward any treatment or service performed or booked within thirty (30) days of your initial appointment.

Expiration: If a treatment is not booked or completed within the 30-day window, the deposit expires and is forfeited.

Rescheduling & Late Cancellation

You are able to reschedule your appointment once. After one reschedule, your deposit becomes forfeit and a new one will be required to keep your appointment.

Late Cancellation / Late Reschedule: If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your $50 deposit AND your card on file will be charged a $100 late fee, no exceptions. 

No-Show: If you no-show your appointment, you will forfeit your $50 deposit AND your card on file will be charged a $100 no-show fee, no exceptions.

Preparing for Your Visit

We reserve the right to refuse service for failure to abide by our booking policy or failure to pay our late cancellation/no-show fees. If your card on file is declined and you fail to pay your late cancellation/no-show fees, you will be personally billed for those charges.

By booking your appointment, you agree to the above policies and explicitly authorize Posed & Pretty Aesthetics to charge your credit card on file for any applicable fees.
